What This Privacy Notice Covers

This privacy notice covers the treatment of personally identifiable information that MAGNUM collects when you, the end user, are on the MAGNUM Web site.
This notice does not apply to the Web sites and independent practices of the CRIF Group and other companies affiliated with MAGNUM.
MAGNUM abides by the principles set forth in the Safe Harbor framework as set forth by the Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of data from the European Union.
The Information We Collect
Magnum Communications collects personally identifying information only (1) when you register for personalized information at our site, (2) to gain entry into one of our password-protected areas, and (3) to enter into one of our promotions. Magnum will not sell or rent this information with any other organization.

How We Use the Information

We use personally identifiable information to respond to your inquiries about our products and services, to deliver products and services, to administer individual accounts, to send you news and updates via e-mail and postal mail about our offerings (e.g.,seminars). However, these will not be promotional in nature.
